Your rights and responsibilities when using our application
Can I go is intended for individuals, residing in the United Kingdom and of age (“User” or “Users”), its use is regulated by the Terms and Conditions as defined at the date of each access to Can I go by Users. The use of the application implies the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the User.
If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, we ask that you do not use Can I go, since any use you make of it or of the contents provided therein will imply your acceptance of the terms
Can i go can, at any time, modify these Terms and Conditions, always notifying the User through a banner.
If users continue to use Can i Go App, they will comply with all amended terms and conditions
To have access to Can i Go mobile application, the User doesn't need to registered, he just have to download the App, grant permission to use GPS and mobile notifications
Can i Go App can be deleted at any time from the mobile device.
Can i Go has the exclusive right to, at any time, suspend, block, interrupt or terminate partially or totally, the access to Can i Go, especially in the management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernization or closing operations, definitively or temporarily, partially or totally, at any time, according to it's will, Can i Go, without prior notice.
The User acknowledges and accepts that the content presented in Can i Go App (texts, images, graphics, sound and animation and other provided informations) is protected by intelectual property rights
Can i Go grants to the User a personal license, non-transferable, worldwide, not subject to sub-licensing, non-exclusive, free, revocable of access and use of Can i Go, as necessary to access and use it, as long as it complies to these Terms and Conditions.
Can i Go App is available to=>
Android system, version 6 or above on Google Play Store.
iOS (iPhone), version 10 or above on Apple Appstore.
The User aknowledges that these Terms and Conditions are between the user and Can i Go App, it's not valid on other platforms
The information made available on Can i Go, is not intended to replace any service, recommendation, advice or data issued or made available by a governmental, administrative or state entity, as well as private entities in the health sector or health professionals, familiar with the clinical history and specific situation of the User.
Can i Go makes its best efforts so that Can i Go does not have any type of virus or other dangerous elements for its equipment. However, since Can i Go is unable to fully control the circulation of information over the Internet, it cannot guarantee that Can i Go does not contain any type of virus or other elements that could damage your equipment.
Can i go may suspend, block, interrupt or cease access to Can i Go App, for all or just one or more users, in the following cases=> When necessary due to technical, commercial or legal constraints; When necessary to guarantee the security, namely, of the communication channels, equipment or information; When you have suspected fraudulent or abusive use, by the User or third party (s); When necessary in the operations of management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernization of equipment, systems or any functionality of Can i Go; In other duly justified circumstances, including, in particular, in the event of failure by the User to fulfill his obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Can i Go also has the exclusive right to terminate, permanently or temporarily, partially or totally, at any time, at any time, according to its will, Can i Go or any of its functionalities without prior notice.
If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is not executable or is in conflict with applicable law, the validity of the remaining parts or provisions will not be affected.
